Responsibilities

• Raw food prep, washing, cutting, cooking, cooling
• Label packaging at standard rate and track daily progress
• Read and understand recipes and prepare sauces/components
• Operate ovens, tilt skillets, and ventilated equipment safely
• Document temperatures, times, and other food-safety data
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and conduct changeovers
• Follow GMPs and SQF guidelines onsite
