Home Chef in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Line Cook for the 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) with Saturdays and Sundays off. The role involves raw food prep, labeling, and cooking for Ready to Heat products, while ensuring safety and SOPs are followed.

You will document batch data, maintain sanitation, and support GMP compliance in a fast-paced kitchen. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in production or warehouse settings and a team mindset.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Raw food prep, washing, cutting, cooking, cooling and labeling.
• Document times, temperatures and other key information for batch tracing.
• Sanitation: maintain a clean workspace and sanitize equipment between steps.
• Follow GMPs and safety guidelines while onsite.
