Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-the-line checks of product against recipe specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct hourly visual inspections of portioned ingredients and meal bags for accuracy.
• Verify line setup and packaging accuracy using QA sheets and production sheets.
• Escalate quality or food-safety issues to FSQA leadership as needed.
• Complete final box verification and sign-offs to ensure accurate shipments.
• Assist with post-op cleanup and equipment setup to maintain GMP and SQF compliance.
