Job summary

Home Chef in Bedford Park, IL is hiring a Production Associate for the 2nd shift, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with Saturdays and Sundays off. You will work in a fast-paced food production environment, following SOPs and BP, labeling packaging, measuring ingredients, and bagging meals to meet daily targets.

GMP and PPE compliance are required, along with capturing any issues for leadership. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in production/warehouse settings, strong teamwork, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced production setting following SOP/BP.
• Label packaging and portion ingredients to specified measurements.
• Maintain GMP/PPE standards and clean workspace.
• Report damages or foreign materials to leadership.
• Assist with RTH tasks and contribute improvement ideas.
