Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for an established bakery operation in the United States. This full-time, on-site role covers first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 production employees to meet safety, quality, and production targets.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce GMPs and safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues while guiding daily workflow and shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and performance.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
