Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is recruiting Production Supervisors for an established food manufacturer in North Carolina. The position is on-site at a bakery operation and covers first, second, and third shifts. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees and drive safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role sits within an experienced supervisory team with room for growth and professional development. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, sanitation.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
