Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for its bakery operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality production while meeting goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, and coordinate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues. The position offers room for growth within a seasoned supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Willingness to work assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
