Essenti Talent is seeking a Production Supervisors to lead bakery operations on-site. The role will oversee 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach with room for growth within the established team.

Qualifications

• Bakery or food manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead 15–25 employees and drive accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
