Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is recruiting Production Supervisors for a well-established food manufacturer’s bakery operation.

This full-time, on-site role spans first, second, and third shifts and leads a team of roughly 15–25 production staff. You will oversee daily production activities, coach and develop employees, and maintain food safety, quality, and sanitation standards while driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance and accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
