Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking seasoned Production Supervisors for a bakery operation on a full-time, on-site basis across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees, drive daily production activities, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to address issues and optimize performance. A strong focus on teamwork and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
