Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking Production Supervisors for an established bakery operation in North Carolina. The roles span first, second, and third shifts, with a hands-on leadership style guiding a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while achieving production goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach and develop staff, uphold GMPs and food safety, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to quickly resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
