Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a food manufacturing bakery. The role leads a team of 15–25, overseeing daily production, staffing, and shift assignments on-site across multiple shifts.

You will coach staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues, while driving efficiency and strong shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
