Job summary

MetalBear is seeking a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth across North America. As the first BDR in North America, you will shape our regional GTM motion, work with AEs and Marketing, and own 100% of inbound signals while building a strong outbound engine.

You’ll use AI-assisted outreach to research and personalize at scale, qualify leads, and craft sequences with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling and cold outreach via email and social channels, ideally AI-assisted.
• Founding SDR experience or at a startup building workflows from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify and convert inbound signals into sales meetings.
• Research accounts and tailor outreach to the right personas.
• Partner with Biz Ops and Marketing to optimize targeting and messaging.
• Build and optimize sequences, automations and GTM data infrastructure.
