Job summary

Donna is seeking a hands-on Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate growth by building pipeline, opening doors, and connecting our AI solution to field sales teams across North America.

You will hunt enterprise accounts, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM engineers, and report to the Head of Marketing. Expect multi-channel outreach, rigorous data-driven strategies, and events participation to generate qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in B2B SaaS outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles.
• Enjoy meeting new people and performing cold outreach, including at in-person events.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailor messages to personas.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage pipeline in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience with outreach and AI prospecting tools and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified discovery calls aligned with our ICP.
• Turn signals into prioritized target accounts and add cold outreach when needed.
• Run multichannel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events.
• Keep HubSpot clean and accurate for all interactions.
• Attend industry events and Donna events to surface opportunities.
