Engineered Arts in Austin, Texas is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound lead generation, identify high-potential prospects, and convert early conversations into qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

This front-line role focuses on pipeline growth across the US and North America, with CRM and outbound tools shaping daily outreach, research, and collaboration with sales to accelerate opportunity conversion.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of BDR or outbound sales experience in a tech or hardware environment.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and email prospecting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of being creative and looking at a problem sideways.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
• A propensity for taking the initiative and high quality execution.
• Familiarity with CRM/outbound engagement tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.

Responsabilidades

• Book qualified discovery meetings with prospects.
• Research and target key accounts using LinkedIn, email, and outbound tools.
• Manage and execute outbound cadences across email, LinkedIn, and CRM.
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and leads in the CRM.
• Collaborate with AE and sales staff to optimise lead hand-off and conversion.
• Support inbound lead follow-up when required.
• Represent Engineered Arts with professionalism during initial outreach.
