You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and build pipelines across hardware, RF, aerospace, and DSP disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering or tech roles.
• Proven hiring across hardware/semiconductor/RF/aerospace/defense engineers.
• Strong sourcing skills for passive candidates in niche technical fields.
• Technical fluency to discuss engineering requirements with candidates.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and ATS usage.
• Clear, professional communication with confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Source passive talent in RFIC/analog, phased array, radar, FPGA/embedded.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn, communities, universities.
• Set up and manage ATS, workflows, and process improvements.
• Write/edit job postings and shape candidate messaging while in stealth.
• Ensure organized candidate experience: scheduling, communication, feedback.
• Assist compensation benchmarking and offer preparation with founders.
• Measure pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness.
• Coordinate with agencies and assist onboarding.
