Job summary

First Resonance is hiring a Technical Recruiter in the United States to own full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, product managers, and other technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build scorecards, and calibrate the hiring bar, while proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and networks.

You will lead structured interviews, drive ATS hygiene, and communicate our mission and culture to candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Background in regulated or hard-tech industries (aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing).
• Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, product managers, and other technical profiles.
• Strong active sourcing skills — you build pipelines, not just manage inbound.
• Experience managing an ATS and using recruiting data to improve process.
• Clear, direct communicator; candidates remember their experience with you.
• Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a startup, and the playbook is still being written.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and calibrate on hiring bar.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and community networks.
• Run structured interview processes and lead calibration sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and maintain ATS hygiene — pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill data.
• Represent First Resonance authentically to candidates, clearly communicating our mission, culture, and opportunity.
• Support hiring across corporate functions as capacity and business needs allow.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts: job descriptions, outreach templates, interview guides
