Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
• Experience with technical recruiting and high-volume hiring is preferred
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and conducting full lifecycle recruiting

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions and hiring strategy; act as partner, not order taker
• Screen and source candidates, including passive talent
• Discuss candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
• Coordinate interviews and participate in interviews alongside client teams
• Manage offers, background checks and onboarding processes
