Job summary

Omnissa, the first AI-driven digital work platform, seeks its first GTM Engineer to define the GTM Engineering roadmap and own the stack across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. You will ship core systems enabling lead routing, enrichment, and lifecycle signals, partnering with global leaders to align priorities and drive adoption.

You will build production-grade workflows, design scalable tech decisions, and demonstrate a builder’s mindset with end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in B2B software.
• Fluency across GTM Engineering use cases in pre-sale, post-sale, RevOps and marketing.
• Understanding of the GTM tech stack and architecture; build-vs-buy awareness.
• Hands-on Clay experience in production environments.
• Strong Salesforce skills (HubSpot or Marketo a plus).
• Comfort with APIs, JSON and SQL, plus scripting (JS or Python).
• Experience using LLMs in production workflows and prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM Engineering roadmap and own its product vision.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product and Data across regions.
• Build and ship systems across the customer lifecycle: funnel signals, routing, and enrichment.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows used by GTM teams daily.
• Report impact: coverage, conversion, pipeline, attribution, time saved, cost per qualified account.
• Own the GTM Engineering tools and platform; ship production-grade systems.
• Map landscape in first 90 days and publish a scalable architecture for future use cases.
