Job summary

Island Pacific is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to own the top of the funnel for Retail Robot and related products. You will connect with growth-minded retailers across North America and the UK, driving interest and meeting setting for our software platform.

You’ll work with sales leadership to create new pipeline, learn our offerings, and improve outreach skills while hitting clear targets and milestones. This is a high-visibility, early-stage role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 12–18 months of BDR/SDR experience in B2B software.
• Experience selling to senior executives.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Organized and coachable with clear targets.

Responsibilities

• Make 60+ dials per day to founders, CEOs, COOs, and operations leaders.
• Run multichannel sequences across phone, email (HubSpot), and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts in ZoomInfo and spot buying triggers.
• Follow up every conversation with personalized email and nurture prospects.
• Book qualified meetings, including meetings at NRF in January.
