Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an instructor and instructor trainer to deliver ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses and to train new instructors. The role requires ARC instructor certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Expect in-person teaching at various locations with a flexible, part-time contract, 1099 or employee status depending on assignment. Candidates should be prepared to prepare sessions, assess learner progress, and maintain up-to-date training materials in line with

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
