Job summary

ALLCPR in the United States is seeking a part-time Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructor candidates. The role requires ARC instructor certifications, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

You will prepare sessions, evaluate candidates, and ensure resources meet ARC standards. Work may occur at various locations including schools, community centers, hospitals, and offices.

Qualifications

• ARC First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques per ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED training.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
