Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and to train new instructors. You will deliver sessions in diverse settings, including schools, community centers, hospitals, and corporate offices.

Candidates must hold current ARC Instructor certifications and have strong CPR/AED knowledge, communication and organizational skills. The role is part-time, 1099 contractor or part-time employee with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current ARC First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Instructor Trainer and BLS instructor certifications preferred.
• Bridge-to-instructor pathways considered where available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC guidelines.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
