Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to lead American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train prospective instructors in diverse settings such as schools, community centers, hospitals, and offices. You will ensure content compliance with ARC, assess candidate performance, maintain records, and deliver high-quality training with a focus on customer service.

This role is a part-time 1099 contractor position requiring ARC instructor certification, strong communication, and weekend

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification is required.
• Instructor trainer certifications or equivalent preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
