Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an enthusiastic Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and Instructor courses across local settings. You will prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, and ensure compliance with ARC requirements.

This part-time/contract role requires current ARC Instructor certification, strong communication, and the ability to train instructor candidates to certification. Weekend availability and a reliable commute are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
