Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking a part-time Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructors across multiple settings, including schools, centers, and hospitals. The role requires current ARC Instructor certifications and a passion for teaching life-saving skills.

The Instructor Trainer will prepare training sessions, demonstrate techniques, and assess candidate proficiency, while maintaining compliance with ARC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
