ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to educate ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses across diverse settings including schools, community centers, and hospitals. You will prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, and assess candidates to ensure proficiency while adhering to ARC requirements.

The role emphasizes instructor-level training, strong communication, and flexible scheduling, with in-person work and potential weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
