ALLCPR is seeking an experienced Part-time Instructor Trainer to deliver ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train new instructors. The role requires current ARC Instructor certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
