Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructor candidates to become certified ARC instructors. The role requires hands-on delivery in various settings and adherence to ARC requirements.

Ideal candidates hold current ARC Instructor certifications, have strong CPR/AED knowledge, and can provide constructive feedback while maintaining a flexible schedule. Training may occur on weekends and at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.

Education
