Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to deliver ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructors across diverse settings. The role requires current ARC Instructor certification and ARC Instructor Trainer certification, with weekend work possible. Local travel and owning at least 3 manikin sets may be expected.

You will prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, provide feedback, and maintain records per ARC requirements. Flexible scheduling and part-time/contract opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
