Bass Pro Shops in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to provide counter sales and exceptional customer service at the firearms counter and related hunting merchandise areas.

The role requires understanding of firearms and ammunition, adherence to ATF regulations, and building product knowledge to assist customers and complete 4473 forms accurately, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Identify needs and make product recommendations at the firearms counter.
• Promote store programs and ensure accurate 4473 form completion.
• Maintain an organized, clean sales floor and stock as required.
• Stay current on product knowledge and advertised pricing.
