Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to assist customers at the gun counter and provide exceptional service. You will analyze customer needs, recommend firearms and ammo, and ensure compliance with 4473 and state/federal regulations.

The role requires 0–2 years in retail, a high school diploma or equivalent, and being 21 or older. Locker room and stock duties support a busy sporting goods floor, with ongoing product training and in-store programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related laws (ATF, GCA).
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and firearm sales at the gun counter.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Ensure 4473 forms completed accurately.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked firearm and merchandise area.
• Follow company policies and participate in training.
