Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to handle Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, make recommendations and ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.

The role requires maintaining a well-organized counter and staying current on sales and inventory. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and 0-2 years retail experience, with the ability to work 21+ and adhere to ATF and GCA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales at firearms and hunting merchandise counters.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain organized firearms counter and merchandise; assist with floor moves.
• Stay knowledgeable of advertised sales and pricing; participate in training.
