Bass Pro Shops in Florida is hiring a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to manage counter sales, customer service, and firearms merchandising. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain firearms and ammo options, and guide purchases in a busy hunting department.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, ATF and GCA compliance, and assisting with promotions while maintaining inventory and store standards. This is a part-time, in-store position with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with firearms and ammunition products.
• Knowledge of Federal and State ATF regulations.
• Experience in customer service and firearms sales.
• Understanding of Gun Control Act (GCA) rules.
• Ability to merchandise and stock store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and related hunting merchandise.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Promote programs such as CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Ensure compliance with 4473 forms and store policies.
• Keep work area clean, organized and well stocked.
