Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, ATF regulations, and the Gun Control Act (GCA).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the firearms counter in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Sell firearms and hunting merchandise while providing excellent service.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain and organize merchandise at the gun counter and on shelves.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and compliant with company policies.
