Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. The role involves greeting customers, providing information, and assisting with buying decisions at the gun counter.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, completing 4473 forms, merchandising, and ensuring accurate pricing. This is a part-time position with employee benefits available.

Qualifications

• Firearms and ammunition product knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of ATF federal and state regulations is required.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition are required.
• GCA knowledge is beneficial.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in buying decisions with product recommendations.
• Demonstrate firearms and related products to customers.
• Maintain firearm counter and floor merchandising per guidelines.
• Replenish shelves and ensure pricing/signing accuracy.
• Complete 4473 forms thoroughly and accurately.
