Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in the United States is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to manage Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and hunting merchandise. • Knowledge of ATF federal and state regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and buying decisions.
• Keep firearm counter organized, stocked and compliant.
• Promote programs (CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup) and ensure accurate 4473 handling.
• Maintain knowledge of advertised sales, pricing and signing.
• Foster a safe, clean and well-stocked sales floor.
