Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. The role emphasizes greeting customers, product demonstrations, and accurate completion of 4473 forms.

The position requires knowledge of firearms and ATF regulations, strong customer service, and the ability to merchandise and stock products while following store policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with firearms and ammunition.
• Familiarity with ATF regulations and the Gun Control Act (GCA).
• Strong customer service and sales skills for firearms and ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers at the gun counter.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Organize and maintain firearm and hunting merchandise.
• Replenish stock and maintain pricing signage.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales and promotions.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise movement.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
