Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to help maintain the firearms counter and deliver excellent customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, recommend products, and ensure compliance with federal regulations while keeping the sales floor organized and well-stocked.

Experience in retail is preferred, and you must be 21 or older. The role is full-time with benefits and opportunities to participate in store promotions and loyalty programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and related merchandise.
• Greet customers and assist with product recommendations and information.
• Ensure compliance with 4473 forms and applicable regulations.
• Keep firearm counter organized, stocked, and pricing/signage current.
• Support store promotions, memberships, and pickup programs.
