Job summary

Scheels in Tulsa, OK is seeking Gun Customer Service Associates to create a welcoming environment, greet customers, accurately processing transactions while following all ATF laws and guidelines. This role requires individuals to be at least 21 years old due to firearms compliance and to deliver a personalized WOW customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scanning items, processing firearm transactions and background checks, and assisting with the Gun Room while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 months cashiering experience preferred.
• 21+ years of age due to firearms compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a smile and engage in conversation.
• Accurately scan items and ensure proper rung through and paid for.
• Promote Scheels Visa and explain benefits.
• Process firearm background checks and returns/exchanges as needed.
• Maintain Gun Room housekeeping and comply with ATF laws.
