Qualifications

Customer service experience and salesmanship required.
Knowledge of firearms safety, handling, and compliance guidance.
Ability to greet customers and assist with purchases confidently.

Responsibilities

Ensure all firearm sale paperwork (Form 4473, licensing, background checks) is completed accurately.
Demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling consistently.
Evaluate and appraise firearms for resale when needed.
Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
Grow personal sales by meeting minimum goals and promoting Scheels standards.
Promote Scheels Visa Rewards and explain its benefits.
Attend product training and store meetings; maintain professional appearance.
