Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months cashiering experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to firearm compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process firearm sales paperwork (Form 4473, licensing, background checks).
• Demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling at all times.
• Evaluate and appraise firearms for resale.
• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals using Scheels standards.
