Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in California to deliver outstanding service to internal partners and customers. You will support alarm, extinguisher, suppression, and sprinkler knowledge, handle calls, scheduling, reports, permits, and occasional project orders.

The role relies on clear communication with Service Managers and technicians to resolve issues and provide accurate information. Strong phone etiquette and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service experience.
• Experience answering phones and transferring calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Manage workload of field technicians based on work, skills, and routing.
• Assist partners with concerns related to fire suppression systems and act as main contact in scheduling.
