This role supports field technicians and project managers by coordinating information and refining schedules, ensuring accurate data entry and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor with customer service experience including answering and transferring calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Coordinate workload and routing for field technicians; optimize schedules.
• Gather and relay information from Service Managers and technicians to understand or de-escalate issues.
• Resolve problems with customers or fire marshals using technical knowledge and professional communication.
• Produce reports by collecting data from various sources and entering into standard formats.
• Use external communications system to access required information.
• Provide operational support by leveraging fire suppression system knowledge to customers, vendors, and internal partners; dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Support project managers with standard procedures for fire suppression issues.
