Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor with customer service experience including answering calls and transfers.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office proficiency; 2+ years Fire Suppression Systems experience; ability to read and create quotes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites per inspection frequency and emergencies.
• Assist in account reconciliation, prepare reports and invoices, and secure permits.
• Gather information from Service Managers/technicians to resolve issues and de‑escalate when needed.
• Provide operational support and maintain clear communications with partners and customers.
• Support project managers with tasks following established fire suppression procedures.
