Job summary

Johnson Controls in Fresno, CA, is seeking a Fire Suppression Service Technician 3 to service and repair portable extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and suppression gas systems at customer sites. You will read blueprints and install systems, ensuring safety and compliance.

Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. **How you will do it*** Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.* Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.* Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements. **What we look for** **Required*** Excellent communication and organizational skills* Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills* PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications* Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem* Valid US drivers license HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $24.23 - $33.31 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
