Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Service Sales Representative to promote and sell Fire Sprinkler services and small installation projects within an assigned territory.

You will build relationships with contractors and end users, qualify leads, and schedule sales calls to grow the sprinkler service business. The role requires moving between customer sites in a fast-paced environment, with travel as needed and a focus on sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling service contracts in the Fire Protection industry.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13 and 25 is required.
• Knowledge of industry standard practices for service and inspection is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing customer accounts.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Quote service work and follow up on impairments.
• Grow service base by selling commercial service products and solutions.
• Travel to customer and job sites as required.
