Job summary

Century Fire Protection in Texas is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Sales professional to grow new business and strengthen relationships with contractors, building owners, managers, and end users. You will review specs, develop quotes, and present bids to secure profitable projects.

Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating contracts, coordinating with estimating and operations, and tracking pipeline using CRM tools, while staying compliant with NFPA codes and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fire sprinkler sales or related construction industry sales.
• Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, applicable codes, and construction processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business education preferred.
• Experience with prospecting, developing quotes, and closing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including general contractors, property managers, building owners, and end users.
• Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities for fire sprinkler installation, retrofit, service, and inspection work.
• Review construction documents, specifications, and site conditions to support estimating and proposal development.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts in coordination with estimating and operations teams.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and scope of work to secure profitable projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools and internal reporting systems.
• Stay current on NFPA standards, local codes, and industry trends.
