Century Fire Protection in Houston, TX is seeking a proactive Sales Professional to generate new business and grow relationships by selling fire sprinkler systems, service, inspections, and retrofit solutions. You will collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to develop proposals and secure contracts that meet client needs and codes.

The role requires 2–5 years of sales experience in fire protection or related construction, strong knowledge of fire protection

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in fire sprinkler sales or related construction sales.
Strong understanding of fire protection systems and codes.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with general contractors and property managers.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities for installation, retrofit, service, and inspection.
Review documents to support estimating and proposal development.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts with estimating and operations teams.
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable projects.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams to ensure project success.
Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Stay current on NFPA standards and local codes.
