Johnson Controls is seeking a PSA Service Sales Rep - Fire to develop new business and expand relationships with commercial clients by selling planned service agreements for fire and building systems.

You will identify customer needs, position the right service solutions, and convert opportunities into recurring revenue while collaborating with operations and internal teams to deliver value.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales in a commercial environment.
• Ability to sell technical or facility-related solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell planned service agreements for commercial building systems (fire, suppression, sprinkler, security, etc.).
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of service contracts.
• Develop customer relationships and follow up with professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and create a sales strategy that matches the opportunity.
• Close sales to meet objectives and maintain a healthy proposal backlog.
• Support proposals with building surveys and accurate estimates.
